Rocky Point beats Garden City 8-7 in double overtime thriller at Hofstra University Wednesday afternoon.
Story:
In what can easily be described as one of the most exciting high school Lacrosse games of 2008, the Rocky Point and Garden City boys Lacrosse teams thrilled fans at Hofstra University Wednesday to a game that will be remembered for many years to come. In the end, Rocky Point beat the Trojans 8-7 in double overtime. The scorers for Rocky point were Tom Palasek (5), Matt Palasek (2) and Justin Annunziato (1). For Garden City - Dan Savage (3), Jon Muscarella (1), Francis McDonough (1), Will fuller (1) and Steve Hucke (1).
