| Farmingdale Girls Lax continues unbeaten season with 15-9 victory over Garden City

Story:
The girls varsity lacrosse team of Farmingdale HS continued their undefeated season with a 15-9 win over the Garden City Trojans on Saturday morning May 9th at Garden City HS. Farmingdale's Melanie Raso and Janine Hillier each had four goals. Jamie Leone and Alyssa Cardillo each added one goal and two assists for the Dalers. Also scoring for Farmingdale were: Joan Buczkowski, 2; Kyra Ochwat, 1; Maegan Meritz, 1 and Kelly McPartland, 1. Goalkeeper Lauren Maksym made 15 saves in goal. Scoring for Garden City: Caroline McTiernan, 2; Caroline Tarzian, 2; Shannon Mangini, 1; Katie D'Antonio, 1; Emily Norell, 1; Lauren Terracciano, 1; Barbara Sullivan, 1.
