Nassau Class B Boys Varsity lacrosse semifinal game between the No. 1 Garden City Trojans and the No. 4 Plainedge Red Devils on Thursday night May 28th at Hofstra University's Shuart Stadium. Garden City won the game 9-4. Tom Gordon scored three goals for the Trojans, Will Fuller and Devin Dwyer each added two goals and one assist. Garden City will play either South Side or Lynbrook on Wednesday June 3rd for the Nassau Class B title. Patric Berkery also scored for GC and added two assists. Jared Mitchell had one goal. Brian Fischer logged an assist for the Trojans and goalkeeper Brendan Engelke made 12 saves. Scoring for Plainedge: Dylan Levings, 2; James Van Wie, 1; Mike Rossi, 1.
