Nassau Class C boys lacrosse final between the No. 1 Manhasset Indians and the No. 2 Cold Spring Harbor Seahawks at Hofstra University on Wednesday afternoon, June 3rd. Manhasset's Connor English scored three goals in the first half and Glen Thompkins scored on an assist from Drew Belinsky to give Manhasset a 4-0 lead at the half. Early in the second half, Cold Spring Harbor's Jack Switala scored to put the Seahawks on the board. The Seahawks mounted a comeback but ultimately, the Indians won the game 7-5. Total scoring for Manhasset: Connor English, 3; Glen Tompkins, 1; Jeff Molinari, 1; Jeff Izzo, 1; and Drew Belinsky, 1 goal, 1 assist. Jack Meyer made six saves in goal.
