Nassau Class A boys lacrosse final between the No. 2 Hicksville Comets and the No. 5 Baldwin Bruins on Wednesday evening June 3rd at Hofstra University. Hicksville's Joe Leonard led all scoring with three goals and an assist as the Comets went on to win 7-6. Also scoring for Hicksville: Brandon Gamblin (2 goals), Pete Alfieri (1 goal, 1 assist), and James Lang (1 goal). Other assists for the Comets: Ernestas Stepanos (1), and Terence Pfeifer (1). Goalkeeper Zach Hoehing made 7 saves for Hicksville. Scoring for Baldwin: Kyle Rebman (2 goals, 1 assist), Max Malinowski (2 goals) and Alonzo Holcombe (2 goals).
