The Children's Orchestra Society 15th Annual Discovery Concert Benefit & Gala celebrated the performance at Carnegie Hall on June 3, 2009 of the Young Symphonic Orchestra conducted by the Orchestra's Music Director, Michael Dadap. A special guest appearance by Cellist Yo Yo Ma, who together with Dr. Yeou-Cheng Ma, the Executive Director of the Orchestra and Mr. Dadap performed Kundiman, a traditional Filipino romantic song. The concert also featured the 2009 Discovery Artist Sheena Tsai. Guest Artists included Soovin Kim on Violin, Eric Jacobsen on Cello and Orli Shaham on Piano.
