Gabrielle Zafonte (2-for-4) hit a two-run home run in the seventh, as Zafonte and Dorn went back-to-back in the inning to seal the win. Cat Dorn was 3-for-4 with a triple, two home runs, three RBIs and three runs scored for Garden City (5-9). Dorn's two-run homer in the top of the fifth gave Garden City a 6-4 lead, another hit in the seventh. The winning pitcher was Samantha Trapasso
