The Roslyn Bulldogs boys basketball team defeated the Garden City Trojans 42-35 in a Conference A-1 game on Friday evening, January 13th at Garden City High School. Garden City's Ed Blatz led all scoring with 19 points. Andrew Slutsky led the scoring for the Bulldogs with 11 points followed by Mark Gjonlekaj (8 points), Andrew Wolfe (7 points), Michael Lefcort (6 points), Malik Forte (5 points), Harris Silverstein (4 points), Yuval Sucov (2 points). Other scoring for Garden City included: Spencer Bais with (5 points), Devin Dwyer (4 points), Matt Quesada (4 points), Dan Bonchonsky (3 points). The Bulldogs advance their conference record to 2-1, and their overall record to 7-3 while the Trojans fall to 0-3 in the conference and 3-7 overall.
